Montana Occupancy Rates High

Interesting little fact: According to Smith Travel Research, Montana had the highest hotel occupancy rate in the nation in July at 85.1%. And the second highest occupancy rate in the nation in August at 83.8%.

GVLT - TPL Help Provide Recreational Access

Grant Creek Inn Promotes TFOL in Breakfast Area


The Best Western Grant Creek Inn in Missoula is displaying Travelers for Open Land fact sheets inside plastic sleeves on each of the tables in the breakfast area. Great idea! It's a great way to promote the program to guests.

Plum Creek Grants $5,000 to TFOL

Travelers for Open Land extends a big thank you to the Plum Creek Foundation for its $5,000 grant to TFOL. The grant will enable Travelers for Open Land to better serve businesses participating in the program by expanding TFOL's training and outreach efforts. The grant will make TFOL more effective and more successful, and we're very appreciative of Plum Creek's support and grant assistance.
