Great News for the City of Hamilton

To Bitter Root Land Trust, the City of Hamilton and the Steve Powell family for the creation of Steve Powell Park: Congratulations! Bitter Root Land Trust donated 22 acres to Hamilton for the park, and a grand opening of the new city park is expected in late spring 2015. The park will be a great addition to the community. Travelers for Open Land was one of the funders for this community project.

Inaugural Montana Outdoor Hall of Fame Class Announced

Congratulations to Bud Moore, Ron Marcoux and the complete inaugural class of 12 for your pending induction into the Montana Outdoor Hall of Fame. Special thanks to the Montana Outdoor Legacy Foundation and all involved in the creation of the Hall and this inaugural 2014 selection. Conservation Easement Discussion Coming to Augusta
